Mission Statement
The Customer Services Division is responsible for accurate and timely billing for City services and for the collection of City revenues. Our office is located in City Hall, 181 South Street. We accept personal checks, money orders and cash for payments on parking tickets, business licenses and water and sewer assessments. Payment options for utility bills are listed under the Pay Utility Bill Online or Other Payment Options sections below. In addition, customers may set up automatic bank draft for their monthly utility account which will save time and postage each month. For questions about your utility bill, due dates or payments, please call 704.866.6714.
Property and vehicle taxes are billed and collected by Gaston County. For information regarding your property or vehicle taxes, please contact the Gaston County Tax Office at 704.866.3158.
